Key Processes

 

  • Document Entry – When received by the company, each paper document is digitised and barcoded. Each new document acquires a unique identifier.

 

  • Managed Workflow - Each document could follow a managed workflow specific the needs of customer. Document is assigned to a particular worker for  processing and at the next step for approval to supervisor.

 

  • Document Portal - Documents and all its metadata are accessible by single document screen (tab) on customer web portal. 

 

  • Document Archiving – Documents are stored in standard SQL databases for archiving and document retrieval.
